Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will effectively manage our brand’s image online through the following:
Social media development and management • digital advertising and marketing • creative brainstorming and collaboration • content marketing • website management • web analytics • responsiveness to review platforms • SEO/SEM • market research • analysis of marketing campaign results • CRO • online marketing strategy • brand management • competitor research • creation of a social content calendar
Key Responsibilities: Successfully build brand visibility through all digital means
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including email, web, SEO/SEM, display and social media
Manage and optimize website content, offer ideas and suggestions to drive web traffic
Post daily on various social platforms, utilizing social content calendar
Create compelling photography and video for online usage
Collaborate with all departments to create effective social media and email content
Analyze and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement whenever necessary
Attend companywide activities and events to cultivate marketing material
Participate in off-site customer visits
Proactively engage in responding to consumer feedback on all social media outlets
Manage and maintain digital image and video library
Monitor industry trends, updates and news along with competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
Willingness to assist with other marketing department and company projects as needed
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or related field
5 years of experience in digital marketing
Knowledge of best practices for SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and solid photography and video skills

Exemplary customers service skills with the proven ability to resolve complaints
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability for occasional day travel to off-site locations
