Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for email marketing, social media, paid search marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. This position will execute integrated digital campaigns in collaboration with product marketing to generate high-quality leads, optimize organic search visibility, manage paid campaigns, and leverage social platforms to foster engagement and brand awareness. The Specialist will utilize data-driven strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize results. Occasional travel required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, to drive targeted traffic, optimizing campaigns using SEO and other tools, scaling campaigns to maximize ROI, and reporting on growth and analytics of paid campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Support strategic execution of paid advertising budget, optimizing impressions and cost-per-click (CPC) on all platforms for all product and brand campaigns, to drive demand and lead generation.
  • Implement creative lead generation strategies, such as creating landing pages, managing email marketing campaigns, and implementing organic and paid social media plans to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Measure digital traffic, including keyword research and website analytics in alignment with active and potential campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including sales, design, and content, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Identify and recommend potential opportunities to incorporate innovative methods and emerging trends within area of expertise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field of study, or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media, pay-per-click advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
