Summary: Designs and executes a full-spectrum digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Develops, produces and maintains marketing communication and outreach through a variety of platforms including email and SMS campaigns, social media etc. Uses data to measure effectiveness of marketing strategy and create new approaches to build sales and business development initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Develop and implement creative and results-driven digital marketing campaigns specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic social media channels, Google ads, and SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform and adapt our digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership and Operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Design visually appealing advertisements for various platforms, including digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, and other promotional collateral.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling written content to accompany visual elements, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligns with brand voice.
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral, such as banners, landing pages, and email campaigns, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Understands and leverages insights and analytics to ensure the effectiveness of all channels and digital marketing ROI.
  • Leads the analytics and reporting function for digital campaigns with a focus on budget and campaign specific KPI/metrics optimization.
  • Conducts regular analysis of competitors including but not limited to social media and print presence, products and services, geographic or demographic information, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices in all digital marketing initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field from four-year college or university
  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare


  • Google Ads Fundamentals Certification
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and campaign development across various search engines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Social Media marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Familiarity with tools for competitive analysis, forecasting, and testing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WordPress, optimizing websites, landing pages, and user funnels.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and patient journeys
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and crafting digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience is Graphic & Ad Design
  • Experience in Video Production

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Salary Description

$67,000 - $91,000 Annually
