POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for patient and provider digital content strategy and execution. In coordination with agency partners and internal teammates, this role manages content-related marketing initiatives to drive demand and lead nurturing through dynamic, engaging content including owned (e.g., social media, website, newsletters) and paid channels. Coordinates assigned marketing projects and materials (direct to patient, patient education, and physician marketing) across multiple service lines. Additionally, this role serves as technical lead for the marketing team regarding software and tools to facilitate and improve digital marketing. This position offers a flexible mix of on-site and remote work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the Radiology Ltd. content marketing plan and budget to achieve service line and practice objectives; includes web, social media, CRM content, and paid digital.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendar for the assigned mediums throughout the year to ensure on-strategy, fresh, informative, and appealing content aligned with practice and service line strategies.
  • Coordinate high priority mammography CRM content strategy and execution - paid search and social, emails, newsletters, direct mail, etc.
  • Analyze and optimize performance of all digital initiatives; ongoing KPIs and budget management
  • Manage website design and content, editing via WordPress and HTML
  • Manage referring provider newsletter design, content and distribution via Marketo
  • Part-time support of Diversified Radiology (CO partner company) digital marketing initiatives; approximately 15%
  • Manage and coordinate with agency partners as needed to successfully execute above duties and responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Licensing/Certification:

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications

Experience (years and type):

  • 2-5 years experience in Digital Marketing/Communications roles
  • Experience in multichannel marketing strategies and execution
  • Skilled in both design and content creation
  • Healthcare experience is nice to have (radiology experience ideal)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Outstanding communications skills - written, verbal, editorial, presentation, etc.
  • Strong computer skills - all Microsoft Office applications, WordPress, Marketo, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, website and social media platforms, SEO knowledge
  • Dynamic writing ability across multiple vehicles and audiences (web, social, CRM, patient, provider, internal team, etc.)
  • Marketing experience; including multichannel execution, applied market research insights, budget/vendor management skills, demonstrated creative, content, online reputation management, analytics and SEO knowledge
  • Strategic mindset - ability to understand organizational objectives and align marketing content/initiatives to achieve goals
  • Experience working with creative agencies, freelancers, and production vendors
  • Collaborative working style to effectively work with marketing team, vendors, agencies, and leadership
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Prepared to provide work samples upon request

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Primarily sitting
  • Lifting 25-50lbs
  • Majority of work takes place in an office setting. Availability must be flexible to accommodate occasional evening and weekend events
  • Up to 10% Travel
