Position Summary THE FOCUS IS YOU: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your expertise across various digital channels will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's online presence and meeting strategic marketing goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO Regular duties include (but are not limited to): Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and content marketing. Manage and curate social media content calendars, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments. Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement. Create effective landing pages to optimize conversions. Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Plan and execute search and display campaigns and paid/boosted social media posts. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, and bid management. In collaboration with our content team, develop compelling and relevant posts for digital channels, including articles, infographics, videos, and interactive content. Coordinate content distribution across social media and other online platforms. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics. Leverage tools such as Semrush and SpyFu to gain competitive intelligence. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems. Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with Salesforce/Account Engagement preferred. Design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Travel Requirements Limited travel may be requested for attending events, conferences, or internal meetings. This range considers many factors, including but not limited to a candidate's knowledge, job specific skills, experience, licensure, and certifications.
