Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager with a performance mindset to join our global Kardex AutoStore Marketing Team - preferably with industry experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics within NOAM region.

Your tasks

Job Purpose

In this position, the ideal candidate will execute local and regional marketing initiatives and drive lead generation for the AutoStore business in NOAM markets, while partnering closely with marketing managers in Europe and APAC.

The Digital Marketing Manager for Kardex Autostore is responsible for driving inbound digital campaigns with SEM initiatives through data driven strategies and tactics for B2B audience. This position collaborates directly with our PPC agency to optimize performance and ensure our online marketing efforts align with our strategic goals and budget.

The candidate should represent strong analytical and critical thinking and be able to collect and interpret data to identify trends and effectively communicate complex information within a diverse team. They should be comfortable using reporting tools and dashboards - the ability to understand target audiences and tailor their messaging accordingly. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies and understand the dynamics of organic and paid marketing tactics, and how these contribute to traffic, engagement, conversion and driving overall demand generation.

The Digital Marketing Manager should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions including compelling ad copy and creative ad campaigns as well as balancing multiple projects in marketing-mix structure including online and offline brand presence with competing priorities, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality and a positive outlook will be essential. This position represents Kardex AutoStore in NOAM region in the global online campaign teams and requires monthly global e-meetings.

Job Requirements

Training/Education:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

Professional Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in search and digital marketing in mix B2B & B2C audience. Less experience will be considered if directly in the warehouse automation or intralogistics industry.

•Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and SEM Rush required.

•Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce & YouTube a plus.

•Proficiency in Microsoft environment (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel)

•Material handlings industry knowledge beneficial.

Main Accountabilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Marketing: Apply a strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies, comprehending the dynamics of organic and paid marketing tactics, and their impact on traffic, engagement, conversion, and overall demand generation.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage paid activities within designated online search channels, strictly adhering to monthly budget allocations.
  • Lead generation: Regional lead qualification and nurturing for the AutoStore business. Follow up on leads until handover to sales.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and search terms relevant to our industry and target audience.
  • Competitive Analysis: Utilize keyword searches and data mining tools to conduct competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • ROI Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across major search channels, adapting strategies as needed to achieve ROI goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex information within a diverse team.Close collaboration with Sales, Central MarCom Team and the AutoStore marketing managers in Central Europe and APAC leveraging their expertise and fostering innovative thinking to overcome challenges and drive marketing success.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meeting deadlines without compromising quality and maintaining a positive outlook throughout.
