In your day-to-day, you will

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads for multiple small and midsize clients.
  2. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators.
  3. (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  4. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  5. Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  6. Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  8. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills you have

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads (Search and Shopping)
  2. Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics.
  3. Previous agency experience managing multiple small and midsize clients is highly desirable.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, and communication platforms like Slack.
  5. Comfortable working in a remote team environment, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  8. Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus.
