Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's digital marketing efforts and providing sales support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-blasts, SEO, website management, influencer marketing, online promotions and content creation.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and performance of campaigns, reporting on performance to director and the team with recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other team to develop creative content ideas and support sales.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and suggest new strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

This is a highly collaborative role, but the successful candidate must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite

• MS Office – Especially strong experience in PowerPoint

• Presentation development, excellent presentation skills

• Ability to excel in a team environment (sales team, marketing team, etc.) but must be able to work with little supervision

• Experience in or exposure to the home improvement industry prefer

• Exposure to design and marketing software such as Salesforce and ability to learn new ones quickly

• Excellent written and verbal communication

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing related major

• Prefer one to five years of relevant experience

• Other relevant experience will be considered

• KOR/ENG bilingual is a plus
