Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online traffic, generate conversions, grow the digital customer file, and enhance brand visibility. The position will work within various channels, analyzing performance metrics, and staying current with industry trends to optimize the overall digital marketing efforts.
This position will report directly to Sr. Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
- Identify target audiences and develop digital campaigns that engage, acquire, and convert.
- Collaborate with agency partners to monitor, analyze, and optimize ad spend results.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Email and Social Media Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns via Email and Social Media to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics of campaigns and implement improvements.
SEO and SEM Auditing:
- Conduct audits of SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Assist in the management of paid search campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Content Marketing:
- Identify areas requiring high-quality content. Make recommendations and collaborate with creative team in generating such content, necessary messaging, calls to action and product details.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure produced media aligns with stated requirements.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives and website metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Perform, and present ad hoc analysis as needed.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with internal and external teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Support the integration of digital marketing tools and techniques into business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.
- Certification in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics; prior experience with digital and general marketing KPIs.
- Intermediate user of MS Office Programs-Particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a complex, ambiguous environment.
- Preferred: Affiliate marketing or marketplace experience; willingness to support events and stakeholder needs outside traditional business hours and across time zones.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $70,000 -$85,000.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
