As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will work with Suffolk Credit Union's Marketing team to increase brand awareness and promote products and services. You will work to initiate effective marketing campaigns online and to translate goals into effective marketing campaigns. This role will require you to be adept in evaluating the needs of the consumer market and will understand how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee robust digital advertising strategies, capitalizing on efficiency and process improvements that will encourage satisfactory bid campaigns
- Analysis and reporting of online marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics & Tag Manager
- Data and segment-based recommendations based on online marketing campaign strategies and member journeys
- Improve marketing automation processes through remarketing and email automation processes
- Management of digital content to enhance SEO, driving traffic and optimizing experiences for conversions
- Audit and manage all the digital assets including the website(s) for enhancement and improvement in content, functionality, and navigation
- Build narrative, action-oriented digital analytics in support of credit union's strategic navigation
- Research and recommend digital marketing opportunities for outreach campaigns such as influencer marketing, bloggers and new media outlets.
- Routinely conduct competitor and website audits using marketing tools such as Moz, Buzzstream, SEMRush, Google Search Console etc.
- Conduct digital promotional campaigns, managing and improving on lead generation campaigns
- Support to Marketing Department as needed to further departmental goals
Essential Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency certification. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience with using platforms such as HTML, Dreamweaver, In-design, and Photoshop along with knowledge of analytical tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker.
