Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes digital marketing initiatives with a primary focus on managing digital marketing campaigns. Support the marketing technology team in an effort to generate marketing leads and enhance digital experiences for multiple audiences, including our patient families.

Description

1. Develop, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to achieve specific objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and others.

2. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

3. Collaborate with various teams to create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with our target audiences.

4. Generate regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

6. Stay up-to-date with healthcare advertising regulations and ensure that all digital marketing efforts are compliant with relevant laws and guidelines.

7. Manage digital partner relationships and be the primary contact between the marketing technology team and third-party partners.

8. Provide regular budget forecasts and performance reports to stakeholders.

9. Implement advanced targeting techniques, audience segmentation and personalization strategies for maximum impact.

10. Identify opportunities to enhance the conversion funnel and user journey to improve conversion rates.
