Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Calgon Carbon's highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager will effectively promote our brand message across all digital channels, both internally and externally. This role will be responsible for managing and creating our new global corporate website, overseeing social media platforms, and handling digital asset management platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
Global Corporate Website Creation Plan Manage, and execute the development of a new global corporate website in collaboration with an external agency
Ensure corporate digital security standards
Ensure corporate requirements including but not limited to, languages, branding, and lead generation
Understand the basics of web design and the elements of UI/UX
Advanced skills in WordPress or other CMS platforms
Advocate for best possible outcomes in terms of usability, lead generation, branding, and search engine optimization

Digital Marketing strategize, manage, and execute all digital marketing efforts for Calgon Carbon, including web updates, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and social media management
Establish and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to distribute corporate content effectively
Collaborate with internal and external content experts to curate compelling, action-inspiring content and stories
Ensure consistent brand messaging is maintained across all social channels
Analyze and measure trends and content performance to optimize the user experience
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content consistently

Digital Footprint / Digital Transformation Manage Company’s Digital Asset Management program
Conduct research, track user behaviors and trends, and incorporate insights into digital marketing campaigns
Prepare comprehensive reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPI analysis
Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies
Monitor all communication channels and promptly address urgent social media needs
Manage the digital presence of Calgon Carbon on platforms like Google Maps and Wikipedia
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, incorporating them into marketing campaigns

Qualification s
A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required
A Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent is preferred
3-5 years Digital marketing, digital media, SEO/SEM, WordPress, graphic design is required
Preferred Experience
Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with global departments.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and basic video editing.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects across different verticals.
Social media savvy, with a passion for staying ahead of trends.
Solid understanding of content management systems, video production tools, and marketing/social media platforms
