Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee the firm's email marketing program and assist the Marketing Director in optimizing digital marketing strategies. Must be comfortable working with a range of marketing channels, including email, content marketing, social media and SEM. Ideal candidate will combine an entrepreneurial attitude with a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns for internal and external events, from webinars to networking receptions to multiple-day programs
  • Partner with the Events and Business Development teams in planning and execution of event campaigns
  • Lead the Marketing team in publishing and distributing client alerts, newsletters, podcasts and video content
  • Assist in administration of the firm's social media channels
  • Track and report on campaign performance, preparing analytics reports for presentation to stakeholders and leveraging the data to recommend and implement enhancements. Work with CRM team in optimizing email marketing lists
  • Display a strong grasp of marketing tools, strategies, trends and best practices in helping to advance the firm's digital marketing roadmap. Collaborate across functions in building a holistic approach to content marketing
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing; background in legal marketing required
  • Extensive experience with email marketing systems and campaign management
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, content management systems and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding and exposure to lead-generation programs
  • Has an analytical mindset and experience with web and social media analytics tools
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to work with team members across functions to accomplish joint goals
  • Understanding of the pressures of working in a corporate environment and managing stress well
  • Detail-oriented; exceptional time-management skills. Must be able to balance competing priorities
  • Overtime work often required. Occasional weekend work required
  • Bachelor's degree

This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
