Our products are vital tools for fast growing markets like net-zero, lithium-ion batteries, EV, hydrogen, catalysts, and additive manufacturing. We are in search of a motivated, pro-active, energetic, and organized individual to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the global Marketing organization by driving quality traffic to our digital channels and increasing engagement leading to conversion. Successful execution of these strategies will drive awareness, new sales opportunities, and the growth of this global market-leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...

  • Implement SEO/SEM best practices, collaborating with subject-matter experts and web development to optimize content for search engine ranking
  • Use a data-driven approach to build and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns including search-engine ads, LinkedIn, sponsored content, banners, and other channels you will identify and prioritize
  • Provide data, insights, and recommendations based on monitoring and regular reporting of key engagement and quality indicators for our primary channels including the website, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Guide highly effective digital campaign execution including analytics.
  • Build new marketing automation programs.
  • Identify and implement the digital tools and methods that effectively increase visibility and engagement
  • Segment and leverage marketing CRM databases for efficient and effective campaign targeting.
  • Manage and publish high-value content through social media, search engines, display advertising, and third-party digital channels to generate awareness and demand of product offerings.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SUCCEED...

  • Enthusiastic about teamwork and contributing to the growth and success of Micromeritics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, web, or related discipline and 5+ years of related digital marketing experience.
  • Good working experience with marketing automation systems, such as Pardot and Mailchimp.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and basics web creation tools
  • Working Web/CRM lead capture experience (SalesForce CRM)
  • Expertise in SEM including SEO and PPC
