As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and effective strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC).
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content.
- SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to improve future campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and curating engaging content, interacting with followers, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
