Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients online presence and digital marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data analytics, AI automations, and HubSpot to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. You will also serve as a campaign manager, overseeing end-to-end marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analytics:
  • Use data analytics tools and platforms to analyze marketing performance and user behavior.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  1. AI Automations:
  • Implement AI-powered tools and automations to streamline marketing processes.
  • Utilize AI for personalized content recommendations, lead scoring, and chatbots.
  • Continuously explore and adopt AI technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
  1. HubSpot Expertise:
  • Serve as the in-house HubSpot expert, managing all aspects of the platform.
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing sequences in HubSpot.
  • Customize and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  1. Content Personalization:
  • Implement strategies to deliver personalized content experiences to our audience.
  • Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor content accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data analytics, AI, and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and AI-driven marketing technologies.
  • HubSpot Certification is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
