Location: Phoenix, AZ (hybrid work from home)

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding, education and solution/service offering launches. They will develop, implement, and track marketing programs through social media, email, and digital campaigns. They will have a strong foundation in marketing automation and will ensure continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications.
Responsibilities you’ll have as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Create and maintain a social media strategy that ensures consistent interaction through daily posts and paid engagements in multiple social media platforms
- Build day-to-day Marketo program campaigns for various programs such as webinars, hosted events, process flows, landing pages, nurture flows and email campaigns
- Create, proofread and update digital marketing content including new solution offerings, marketing collateral, campaigns, social posts, news articles, blogs, videos and website pages
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze digital marketing and campaign metrics and create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Support essential marketing operation initiatives in Marketo and Dynamics such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Maintain marketing automation integrations and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
Knowledge, skills, and abilities you need to be successful:
- 3+ years of social media organic and paid posts, analytics, A/B testing and reporting of success metrics required
- Preferred 3+ years marketing automation experience in Marketo or similar application
- Experience defining a social media strategy and producing social media content
- Experience in automation tools such as Marketo, Stripo, Dynamics, HootSuite and other social media platforms
- Strong copywriting skills for digital and marketing collateral
