The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of a growing marketing team responsible for lead generation for sales and clinician recruitment.

Your role will focus on crafting compelling content and managing digital platforms to engage our audience and drive the eLuma message home.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our website and digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, leading the eLuma brand, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate brings B2B lead generation and content marketing, email marketing, and social media experience, along with exemplary communication and writing skills.

Occasional travel will be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Provider Recruitment and Sales to deliver on commercial objectives for lead generation.
  2. Develop and design diverse content assets for our website, email campaigns, social media, and sales collateral.
  3. Maintain and update website content to ensure freshness and relevance.
  4. Optimize website content using SEO best practices to grow organic traffic.
  5. Oversee the management of PPC advertising campaigns within the approved budget.
  6. Manage our CRM platform, building and refining email drip campaigns to nurture leads.
  7. Oversee the editorial calendar, coordinating with in-house and freelance writers to produce quality blog content.
  8. Analyze marketing campaign performance, creating reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
  9. Identify trends and insights and optimize the performance of digital channels based on the insights.
  10. Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all marketing channels.

About You:

  • You have 2-5 years in lead generation and/or digital marketing for B2B organizations.
  • An understanding of the education sector, with direct experience in education marketing or teaching, is seen as a significant advantage.
  • Copywriting and content creation is a passion. You love to tell a brand's story across various media channels.
  • You have the ability to be agile and switch directions quickly and efficiently.
  • You're a data-oriented marketer with strong analytical skills.
  • You take a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • You're proactive at work, taking the initiative to improve systems and processes.
  • You are comfortable working remotely and able to deliver on tasks as directed.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.


  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Digital Marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • Must be technologically savvy and demonstrate skill/experience working with CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience with lead generation activities, data acquisition, and related processes.
  • Experience with website management (WordPress preferred).
  • Proficiency with email, SEO, digital, and social marketing processes and technologies.
  • Team player whose personality aligns with the company's mission and values.
  • Ability to travel for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
