GENERAL SUMMARY:

Participates in the oversight and management of Vantage West Credit Union's digital systems and vendors, and leads the day-to-day execution of their enhancement backlog. Serves as the marketing department's public-website and marketing automation program owner. Responsible for representing the marketing department as a subject matter expert and/or scrum master in interdepartmental and enterprise projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) years of digital marketing experience, including demonstrated experience using marketing automation systems and digital marketing concepts, practices and procedures.

Additional Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Experience in website development
  • Experience with CSS/HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress or other CMS
  • Experience with Google Analytics

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:

Typical office environment. May require the employee to site at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time. Infrequent lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:

1. Drives and develops strategy for credit union's website. Executes strategic roadmap to transform the website into primary marketing vehicle for brand awareness and demand generation.

2. Develops and maintains site architecture and site templates to accommodate all content, including content ownership model across site and structure for ensuring all content is fresh and relevant. This includes working independently and providing oversight to consultants and third-party vendors to develop or acquire programs/software that will enable the standardization of applications and forms, integration of tools, widgets, and other plugins and making other creative and technical enhancements.

3. Owns and executes the creation of highly engaging web experiences for website visitors, including prospects, members, partners, and influencers

4. Serves as the marketing automation system product owner and the credit union's subject matter expert.

5. Owns marketing automation and email marketing strategy and execution. Including the optimization of campaigns and scheduling, and actively seeking process improvements within individual and combined marketing channels and identifies areas of improvement for organizing campaigns, enhancing current procedures, and taking them to the next level.

6. Owns SEO strategy and execution, including the management of ongoing content updates to our websites, copy, and content/resources, to keep the experience fresh, engaging, and relevant.

7. Assists the Marketing team in the development and execution of Vantage West's digital marketing strategies; including User Experience, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) (Search and Display), and Content.

8. Serves as a liaison to organization's Online Banking provider to strategically select targeted email and promotional campaigns to help promote Online Banking products and devices.

9. Supports the Marketing team by guiding, designing, and executing digital marketing campaigns, and manages departmental and interdepartmental projects as needed.

10. Compiles monthly reports and analysis to determine success of campaigns and projects and makes adjustments and/or recommendations based on results.

11. Maintains a strong technical understanding of key tools used in the Marketing department and cross-trains technical system users as needed

12. Collaborates with department leadership in the management and oversight of vendors and/or third parties including due diligence, vendor onboarding, performance evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract termination.

13. Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary range is $55,011.12-$72,202.09. Job Grade, EX 12. Final salary is dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications.
