Digital Marketing Specialist
Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
Collaborate and support a team of seven other marketing professionals.
Evaluate and enhance overall digital marketing initiatives, including SEO strategy and site functionality .
Investigate the performance of current company's marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics.
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies for the company.
Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to the marketing team.

Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications
Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role.
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools, knowledge of building dashboards, Power BI experience (would be a plus).
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Active Campaign, Microsoft Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric), and applications.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools (e.g. WordPress) desired.
Experience with API integrations, understanding the back end of websites desired.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Self-starter with the ability to be proactive by working on tasks with minimal supervision and guidance.
Ability to speak with colleagues about technology in a general way, avoiding the use of technology terms and jargon.
Ability to collaborate and work asynchronously, experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Compensation: $35-$65/hr. (DOE)
