Insight Global is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team of one of our downstream oil and gas clients. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, this person will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. They should also have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. They will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams such as the development and infrastructure teams develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and revamp the company's website. This person needs to be local to Houston, Texas and willing to work a hybrid schedule.

Website design

Experience with graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
3+ years in digital marketing and advertising around web and social media presence

Proven experience developing strategy around a brand, creating brand awareness and managing it

Experience cleaning up a company's digital presence

A demonstrated involvement in digital advertising and social media including: Website design, SEO, ad placement, media buys, content development, establishing and tracking KPI's, reporting, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or suitable related field experience

Excellent speaking and presentation skills
