The opportunity
The Global Digital Specialist, Integrated Marketing Communications located in Princeton, NJ is responsible for managing web content publishing for all external-facing APOCs web sites using Adobe Experience Manager, as well as content publishing on other digital channels (such as social media) as needed. Support Digital Product Manager in execution of digital projects and build of content on global web pages.
What you'll do

Responsible for set up, production and publication of all content and asset creation on owned web properties.

Create and edit web content using HTML, within Adobe Experience Manager CMS.

Utilize agile workflow in ongoing work assignments. Test all launches of new content/functionality to website from development to the live websites.

Contribute to development and updates of content for SEO and user experience.

Proactively identifies any technical or content issues on the site and proposes solutions.

Suggest and establish process changes to improve user experience, and overall workflow efficiency.

Support content migration and other special projects as prioritized by the business.

Support digital marketing campaigns and bi-annual software releases

Manage marketing inbox and triages requests in 48 hours

Adhere to Digital Marketing policies including Web Content Review and Approval, Removal, and Governance policies.

Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Required qualifications
-
Bachelors degree or relevant work experience in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.

2+ years of experience working with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager and Sitecore preferred) and experience working with technical team members (i.e. business analysts and developers) to execute web projects.

2+ of experience in interactive, health care and/or high-tech marketing.

Strong working knowledge of HTML, SEO principles, and web page layout.

Understanding of general responsive design principles and solutions for multi-platform websites.

Ability to analyze, report and solve technical issues.

Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Efficient project management with ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Interpersonal and customer service skills, including open communication.

The base pay for this position is $56,700.00 $113,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
