Overview
Universal Technical Institute is seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital media campaigns aimed at driving student recruitment. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of paid social, paid search, and online video.
SALARY: $50,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities
Collaborate with platform specific channel managers and creative strategists to build and optimize all paid student acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, Tik Tok and more. Support UTI's digital media team in launching and running online lead generation campaigns effectively from month-to-month and quarter to quarter. Takes the lead on finalizing many of the details prior to plan launch, and ensures that media plans are implemented properly, and run smoothly in-market.
Ensures all sourcing and ad tracking details are properly in place with external agency partners as well as with our internal CRM system and Google Analytics implementation.
Works directly with copywriters and graphic designers as needed, to assist in the creation of advertising materials for various digital media platforms.
Coordinate the set-up of video assets with the agency for deployment of online video campaigns to attract potential students.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to meet student recruitment goals.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the institute remains competitive in the digital landscape. Strives to build UTI's internal expertise in key media channels through building knowledge over time - is inquisitive and strives to learn more about how each channel works best for UTI and its related brands.
Socializes media plan analysis and results to Marketing Department team members on an ongoing basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Proficiency with paid social advertising, paid search, and online video platforms.
Understanding and experience in Workfront project management a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Abilities
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds or less 5% of the workday
Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for all of the workday
Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
Work Environment
Remote Work is accepted. Business hours must be available during MST.
If local, regular office visits may be required.
