As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.

  • Paid Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks to maximize ROI.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging ad copy, graphics, and visuals for digital advertisements that resonate with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and analyze social media content, engaging with the audience and ensuring alignment with our brand and messaging.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and analyzing open and click-through rates.
  • SEO Optimization: Monitor and improve website SEO performance, conduct keyword research, and optimize content for search engines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve digital marketing strategies.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests for various elements of digital campaigns to improve performance.
  • Analytics Reporting: Generate reports summarizing digital marketing campaign results and present insights to the team.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor digital strategies to identify areas of opportunity and potential threats.
  • Support credit union changes, help others to understand the purpose of said changes.
  • Keeps abreast of upcoming regulatory and legal pronouncements and/or changes applicable to the credit union.
  • Follows all Credit Union policies and procedures.
  • Maintains and projects the Credit Union's professional reputation.
  • Maintain privacy of employee and member account information.
  • Meets Service Standard Expectations.
  • Must comply with and support all the credit union's policies and procedures to maintain good standing with the Comprehensive Information Security Program, Employee Handbook, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), etc.

Education:

  • Associate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaign management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing software, analytics tools and advertising platforms.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing digital marketing trends.
  • Results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving digital marketing goals.
  • Possess the confidence to make on-the-spot decisions and demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be adaptable to flexible working hours, and punctual with excellent attendance.
  • The employee in this position must be capable of effectively handling stress, multiple concurrent tasks and constant interruptions.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • A high level understanding of the nature and importance of internal controls.
  • Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software, use of the Internet and the ability to learn internal use software.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to work cross functionally with various departments/branches and operational areas.
  • Must have positive working relationships with others in the organization in order to achieve goals and objectives.
