Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong designer background and a creative mind to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This position entails significant collaboration. Hybrid work is negotiable, with least 3 days in-office at our Birmingham location.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
  • Manage the day-to-day of all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and blog articles.
  • Oversee influencer strategy and support corporate designer on design of assets for site, retailer sites, and Amazon.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to ensure that digital marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Design social assets, including graphics and videos, for use in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement social calendar and brand strategy on social channels.
  • Monitor social and advertising trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement email blast strategy and maintain email platform.
  • Manage contact lists and create drip campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
