Description:

The Marketing Specialist is the marketing SME that supports monthly active user acquisition growth, product demand generation, and active user retention for a digital application product. The Marketing Specialist executes the overall marketing and advertising strategy, and ultimately oversees all campaigns for awareness creation, promotion, event management, and the monitoring of all marketing & ad performance metrics; both digital and/or traditional. This position is responsible for building and evolving the products brand identity.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & media Lead all marketing efforts in GTM and sustain efforts. Includes video, SEO, SEM strategy, paid social, plus all audience targeting initiatives. Lead the website development and maintenance, and full oversight of CRM integration and retargeting optimization. Leverage other media channels, if needed.

Social Media/Community Management Day-to-day oversight of social accounts and engagement.

Building the Brand Assist in the development and measurement of brand identity for our platform/app. Creative development and strategic planning, A/B testing, user experience, audience persona support.

Event Management Be the point of contact of all event planning for the venture. Lead internal/external outreach events hitting key KPIs.

Admin KPIs, PDCA, and budget oversight.

Education:

Bachelor's in business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of work experience

4+ years of work experience executing and/or leading at-scale performance marketing programs for digital agencies or client marketing organizations

2-3 years social media engagement experience

Automotive industry experience a plus. New vehicles or parts and service.

Experience working with advertising agencies and advertising vendors.

Experience working with incentives and offers.

Ability to interface with all levels of management and leaders.

Ability to implement marketing strategies.

Confident, self-starter and motivated

Excellent communication, written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated aptitude for analytics

Ability to motivate and influence dealers through communication.

Effective management of multiple projects, and requests
