About the role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's online presence. This professional will be responsible for overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, with a focus on social media, to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and growth.


  • Social Media Management: Administers and maintains our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, X (any specific company social network), and YouTube. Plans, creates, and schedules content regularly to maintain an active and appealing online presence.
  • Content Planning: Designs effective content strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand identity. Develops content calendars and ensures brand voice consistency across all platforms.
  • Content Production: Generates high-quality written content and tailors it to channels to attract the audience and encourage interaction.
  • Scheduling and Posting: Uses post-scheduling tools to ensure timely content distribution. Optimizes posting schedules to maximize audience reach and engagement.
  • Tracking and Analytics: Monitors the performance of online posts and campaigns. Utilizes data analysis tools to evaluate key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepares periodic reports summarizing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement. Evaluate return on investment and strategy effectiveness.
  • Use of G4 Tools: Implements and utilizes analysis and tracking tools such as Google Analytics or any specific G4 tool to gain valuable insights into audience behavior and website traffic.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Works closely with other departments, such as graphic design, sales, and content development, to ensure brand consistency and effective execution of digital campaigns.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to generate creative and engaging content.
  • Knowledge of analysis and tracking tools, including G4.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and create reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Conversational English.
