The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time, possible hybrid, Digital Marketing Specialist position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by performing tactical marketing support for the full portfolio of FrankCrum companies: PEO, Insurance Carrier, Insurance Agency, and Staffing.

  1. Manages email sending process from HubSpot CMS for all brands, including FrankCrum PEO, Frank Winston Crum Insurance, FrankCrum Staffing, as well as internal corporate communications.
  2. Acts as final reviewer of emails, including copy, formatting, and email settings.
  3. Notifies internal departments about upcoming emails to bring awareness about client-facing communications.
  4. Ensures emails are sent promptly to the correct audience and contain the correct information.
  5. Works cross-functionally with CRM department for such things as list imports when needed.
  6. Assists Digital Marketing Manager with enterprise-wide digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, lead gen campaign development, paid ads, implementing website updates, and more.
  7. Conducts SEO research using SEMrush and Google Trends to implement updates for site technical performance and maintain site health.
  8. Implements updates usingonline tools to maintain ADA compliance on websites.
  9. Manages Google Business Profiles.
  10. Tracks and analyzes digital marketing initiatives, including email and web analytics, and reports on trends/findings monthly.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of current marketing fundamentals and best practices, the latest marketing trends, and demonstrated success in optimizing web, email, and social media platforms. Three (3) years of experience in marketing and/or analytic-focused tools and a bachelor's degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Journalism is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools, as well as working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and basic skills in Adobe Suite, is required.
