Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital ad campaigns for all CSA schools
  • Support Marketing Director with building & planning overall digital marketing strategy
  • Implement and optimize customized, targeted marketing campaigns through our digital platforms to maximize brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. alongside Social Media Specialist
  • Assist in the implementation and management of organic and paid social media content alongside Social Media Specialist
  • Monitor, track, and report on digital conversions and ROI; using data driven insights to increase reach, relevance, and engagement
  • Work with Social Media Specialist to develop an optimal posting schedule by considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Report on broad trends and developments with social media platforms and Meta
  • Track and measure SEO, Meta Data, and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  • Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting and leverage market data and digital trends to grow brand awareness and quality of target audiences
  • Stay informed on the latest digital best practices for increased engagement

Education + Experience

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in digital analytics
  • 4-year degree a plus
  • A strong understanding of social analytics, and understanding of how data can inform a smart strategy and ongoing optimizations
  • Proven track record of driving top and bottom funnel growth; developing strategies to grow greater conversion
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing
  • Experience with Hootsuite or similar platforms
  • Experience with website hosting platforms
  • A strong understanding of accessibility and SEO best practice
  • Experience with digital media and social media integration
  • Familiarity with using brand guidelines with a strong instinct for what’s on (and off) brand
  • Ability to align with a marketing calendar and other messaging initiatives
  • Experience working collaboratively with other professionals to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Comfortable using Slack and Canva
