Pay: $65000 - $78000 / year

Position Summary (on-site):

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen understanding of email marketing, website design, and a proactive approach to marketing administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall marketing strategy and play a key role in enhancing our online presence.

  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
    • Create compelling and targeted email content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Website Design:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and update website content, ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Implement website design best practices to enhance visual appeal, functionality, and conversion rates.

  • Marketing Administrative Work:
    • Assist in day-to-day marketing administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, campaign tracking, and reporting.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing collateral and content are up-to-date.
    • Manage marketing databases and lists to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts for websites, emails, and social media.
    • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with Marketo and PopMenu is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus.
