No longer would sneakerheads need to use household cleaning products and other solutions containing harsh chemicals to clean their precious kicks. Building the foundation of the brand with a grassroots approach, enthusiasts, collectors, and publications quickly recognized Jason Markk as the best product on the market. The company’s goal is to fulfill the needs and wants of today’s sneaker consumers by continuing to be innovative and creative. Its mission is to promote a culture of care by way of quality products and experience in shoe care and wearables (hats, bags, etc.). The Digital Marketing Specialist is an experienced marketing professional reporting to the Director of Brand Creative.

The role is responsible for Jason Markk’s online advertising and promotional efforts with a primary focus on owned, paid, and earned digital platforms. This role is instrumental in driving online sales and engagement of the Jason Markk brand. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of owned content and digital marketing projects to ensure they are executed successfully. They will measure the effectiveness of various digital marketing campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for improving performance. The role will also manage an “always on” testing agenda and will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunities to optimize digital experiences and further enhance engagement and conversion.


  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • across various platforms (Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website and social media content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility on search engines and paid advertising
  • Email/SMS Marketing: Manage email/SMS marketing campaigns and analyze campaign performance
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI. Use data insights to make informed recommendations and optimize campaigns
  • Brand: Work cross-functionally with Design, Production, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure all marketing materials, online and physical, are consistent with the brand’s style and messaging
  • Digital Assets: Categorize, archive, and manage digital assets, including photos, videos, documents, and other media, ensuring proper version control and retrieval. Implement and maintain a digital asset management system to include secure storage, appropriate access controls, and metadata tagging
  • Measurement & KPIs: Develop tools to monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and generate regular
  • reporting.
  • Promotions and Offers: Work with Buyers to plan and manage special promotions, flash sales, and seasonal
  • offers to drive sales and revenue
  • Customer Retention: Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and minimize churn
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Customer Feedback: Solicit and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing initiatives

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram
