Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing and must have demonstrated experience and expertise in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including paid social, email marketing, SEO/SEM, SMS, and display advertising campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Provide recommendations on which digital platforms and channels to use based on campaign performance goals and target demographics.
  • Set up and execute buys on recommended social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including targeting, budget recommendations, and goal setting.
  • Continually develop new experiments through digital channels to drive our growth efforts.
  • Monitor and report on results and recommend changes and optimizations to reach ROI and KPI goals.
  • Work with business leaders to find solutions that support business goals and objectives in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Work with in-house designers to develop content, graphics, and imagery for several different companies and projects.
  • Support the project management of digital efforts through task management software such as Basecamp, Asana, etc.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on paid social media
  • Proven ability to drive results in digital advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Experience using Meta and LinkedIn ad interfaces to set up, manage, evaluate, and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with a social media management platform to schedule, monitor, and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines effectively
