Pay: $65000 - $75000 / year
Position Summary (on-site):
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our diverse restaurant brands, engaging our guests, and strategically driving growth through various digital channels. You will work collaboratively with our restaurant teams and support center departments. Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Content Creation:Generate engaging and high-quality content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Social Media Management:Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating content calendars, posting, and engaging with the online community.
- Email Marketing:Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and event announcements.
- SEO & SEM:Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase online visibility and traffic.
- Analytics:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Online Reputation Management:Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay Updated:Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our digital presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
