Our Digital Marketing team is searching for an experienced digital marketer to join our Home Office team! In this role, you will be responsible for all online reputation services management across Cracker Barrel owned digital platforms and across third party review sites. You will also manage organic search engine optimization and develop organic SEO strategy for the main Cracker Barrel webpage (www.Crackerbarrel.com).

Responsibility

• Implement and oversee online reputation management tool(s) on crackerbarrel.com, app and digital platforms in-store

• Develops and implements in-store QR code signage and experiences to drive online reviews

• Analyzes online reputation scores and the impact on web site traffic and organic SEO

• Develop and implement ongoing SEO strategies across the website that increase organic search engine result rankings to increase conversion and boost awareness/site visits. This includes being hyper-focused on local organic search intent.

• Set up and maintain SEO online platform and dashboards; and be the primary liaison with SEO agency of record.

• Identify keywords through research and competitive analysis to integrate in website content and marketing communications

• Develop compelling website content that integrates SEO learnings and presents materials in the brand voice

• Support Blog editorial management by setting editorial direction, commission new articles as well as write, edit, or schedule articles

• Use Google Analytics and other measurement tools to review content and SEO effectiveness and develop tactics to improve performance

Qualifications

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field.

• Three to five years of experience successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns

• Three to five years of Online Reputation Management and/or Online Review Moderation experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods while staying up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and strategies

• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools

• Experience managing SEO for a multi-location, enterprise brand

• Proven experience with Google Analytics and an SEO monitoring and research platform

• Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

• Experience with online reputation management and technology platforms (Sprinklr, BirdEye, etc)

• Excellent understanding of Google Reviews and other third-party review sites and the correlation between online reviews and organic SEO / site traffic

• Ability to identify and resolve problems creatively

• Proven ability to set and meet goals

• Experience building web content using a CMS, Sitecore experience preferred

• Experience with online location listing management

• Experience in or familiarity with AI-infused content and communication development

• Experience using Word Press or similar blogging platform preferred

• Strong creative writing skills

• Basic photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop
