SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in the success of our organization's website and PPC efforts. Working closely with the Manager of Global Demand Generation and Campaign Management this professional is responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing activities. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will employ data-driven strategies to implement and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns, with the goal of generating visibility and exposure for our website. By leveraging industry best practices, this individual will contribute to enhancing our online presence.The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key collaborator, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Their focus will be on providing content recommendations and assistance with content marketing, along with targeted PPC and SEO strategies. This collaborative approach will maximize the impact and effectiveness of our campaigns, leading to improved website visibility and exposure. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to the planning and execution of tactics across organic and paid user acquisition channels, such as websites, gated content, paid social, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC).Proficiency in utilizing industry-leading software tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Dragonmetrics, ZoomInfo, and Lead Forensics, to enhance campaign management and drive impactful results.Plan and execute PPC and LinkedIn Advertising campaigns, including keyword management, audience targeting, ad placements, and messaging.Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Communications to assist in the development and execution of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, optimizing content to achieve first-page Search Engine Results Page (SERP). Assist in managing the company website User Experience (UX) and landing pages, optimizing forms to improve conversions.Contribute to the measurement and reporting of key metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Ongoing professional development to stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing and make recommendations for strategy optimizations and new tools.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in business or marketing from four-year college or university and one to three years of work experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.COMPUTER SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and industry software tools, such as Google Analytics etc.PROFESSIONAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES REQUIRED OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be familiar with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot, and the integration between Pardot and Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management); must have knowledge of Salesforce, campaign tracking, reports, dashboards, and experience with data analysis and reporting; must have knowledge and/or the willingness to learn new digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Baidu Ads) and experience in campaign management; must have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, willingness to learn new technologies and techniques, copywriting ability to write in a provided brand tone and voice; must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams; and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.OTHER QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to work independently without direct supervision; collaborate well with others; and make decisions based on the best option/outcome for the company. Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
