A unique opportunity exists for a motivated marketing person to fill the role of Digital Marketing Specialist where you will develop, deliver, and monitor integrated digital strategies and tactical plans that align with Galvion's corporate objectives.
***For this remote role, you must reside in the Northeastern United States***
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this highly visible and critical role, you will take ownership of Galvion's social media channels and campaigns, from planning to content creation to analysis to optimization. In addition, you will work with various stakeholders across the organization (Management, Product team, Sales, HR, etc.), as well as external partners (digital, PR, etc.), to generate and distribute content that is consistent with our brand, as well as develop paid campaigns to meet goals. Bring your excellent writing skills and high level of digital savvy to help execute marketing initiatives that will increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation and enhance overall user experience and engagement.
YOU WILL BE EVALUATED ON YOUR ABILITY TO
•Work with wider Marketing team to create and execute digital marketing plans to achieve goals that support key product launch plans, communication campaigns and various projects.
•Understand consumer behavior while remaining mindful of industry changes, emerging trends, and best practices.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders while keeping SMEs across the organization on track for timely production of deliverables.
•Manage external digital agency relationships and provide support to, and coordinate with, outside partners including PR, Video production, and other creative partners.
•Develop and curate content across all digital channels.
•Establish content planning, production, distribution, and reporting system.
•Plan, develop and execute digital marketing with a strong analytics perspective to ensure customized campaigns, with optimized messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time across the right channels.
•Recommend and establish a list of benchmarks and relevant KPIs against which to measure success across channels and platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or similar.
•A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
•The ability to generate creative ideas, coupled with sound editorial judgment.
•Experience and knowledge of content creation, generation and marketing, digital media, digital marketing platforms and best practices.
•Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
•Working knowledge of web analytics; competency with standard performance metrics in digital marketing and reporting formats in various digital channels.
•Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp or Bronto is an asset.
