Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating digital, traditional and event marketing campaign timelines and creative assets. Support the digital marketing manager and work with internal Marketing, Creative and Loyalty teams to successfully execute marketing initiatives that include email, push notifications/SMS, customer-facing websites, microsites, print, and special events. Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate the development and production of digital marketing assets (e.g. email, mobile display ad, website module, etc.) for marketing campaigns
  • Work with digital analytics team to incorporate omniture tracking codes for all digital communication channels/campaigns (e.g. email, social media, etc.)
  • Navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time delivery of multiple campaigns/assets with various deadlines
  • Provide cost estimates for proposed projects independently or through collaboration with subject matter experts, agencies, and other business partners
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Independently write simple briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with digital marketing manager(s)
  • Work with vendors, agencies and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables
  • Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes
  • Understand the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns that align with our Customer First philosophy and business objectives
  • Manage all timelines to ensure consistent delivery of goals and objectives
  • Coordinate vendor relationship communication and execution of marketing funding
  • Travel independently when needed to support the business

    • Minimum Position Qualifications

  • 2+ years digital marketing/social media experience with large retailer, multi-brand company and/or agency
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/social media and branding best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles
  • Strong project leadership, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with various deadlines

    • Desired Previous Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related area
