As the Digital Marketing Specialist for Torchy's Tacos, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's digital presence and engagement across various platforms. You'll be critical in designing and executing marketing campaigns, building a robust online community of Taco Junkies, and narrating our brand story across new and existing markets nationwide. Your ability to blend creativity, analytical thinking, and keen market insights will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Brand Amplification: Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost Torchy's Tacos brand visibility, engagement, and fandom.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to identify proactive growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics to track key metrics across all marketing channels, offering actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with our creative team to generate and deploy content across various digital channels such as social media, email, SMS, push notifications, and website landing pages.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Guest Relations, and Operations to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Business Review: Regularly produce business review reports to collectively assess and optimize future strategies.
  • Influencer Outreach: Contribute to the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies, nurturing relationships that extend brand reach and engagement.
  • User Behavior Analysis: Evaluate and interpret user behavior to gain insights into the user journey and to optimize for engagement.
  • Additional Duties: This role will perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a marketing role
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and growing brand engagement.
  • Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and digital marketing platforms, their nuances, and best practices for content optimization. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Experience working with restaurants/food/beverage

Travel

  • Ability to travel overnight and weekend/after-hours availability as needed
