Job Description: We are looking for a creative, analytical, strategic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at C.W. Group. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will take an active and engaged role with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.

Digital Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive digital marketing campaign schedule
• Content creation including but not limited to: video and photo production and editing, graphic design
• E-mail campaign strategy, creation, and execution
• Maintaining online presence and reputation of multiple C.W. Group companies and communities across various social media platforms
• Tracking and reporting on digital marketing performance
• Management of website content across multiple C.W. Group company websites ensuring up-to-date information is shown at all times

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing of similar field preferred
• Strong social media content management experience
• E-mail campaign strategy, creation, and execution experience
• Video and photo production and editing experience
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business
• Experience with Mailchimp
• Knowledge of web publishing
• Strong time management skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
