Summary

  • This role will support the Senior Marketing Manager across a variety of digital marketing functions including the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns.
  • You will help to strategize and launch campaigns across paid social, SEM, and email programs, including creating advertisements, A/B tests, generating email drips, and more.
  • You'll collaborate closely with our brand, creative, and analytics teams to analyze and optimize strategies to drive the best ROI for each campaign.
  • The role will foster professional growth through applied experience in a dynamic organization undergoing digital transformation.


Key Areas:

  • Assist in marketing campaign planning and execution through a variety of platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, and Google Ads.
  • Create and optimize campaign targeting and promotional assets including ads and emails.
  • Measure and analyze marketing metrics across channels using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Support SEM and SEO efforts including keyword research, competitor research, and web content analysis.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of reports on campaign performance and outcomes.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the B2B space on digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
  • Familiarity with paid social ads and social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience with marketing strategies, tools, and tactics.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite of tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
