Our client is a lean and leading multimedia sales company operating in the ﬁlm and television industry. They specialize in producing, managing and selling publications, websites, digital marketing, and special events for professional societies in the B2B space. They are now seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help set up and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social, web) to support various media and event sales campaigns and support the sales team in their initiatives, as well as use cross-platform marketing to increase their company’s brand profile within the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our client memberships goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, advertising, and social media to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audience preferences and optimize digital media strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as social media platforms, websites, email, and display networks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client memberships, providing guidance and support in leveraging digital media to achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on the digital media needs of our client memberships.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on digital media strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective implementation of digital media campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing and advertising.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field, preferably with a background in sales.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize digital media campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital media strategies.
- Familiarity with the film and television industry and an understanding of its marketing and advertising dynamics preferred.
- Flexibility to work remotely or from our offices in West Los Angeles (as required)
