Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in email marketing, digital marketing, SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google AdWords, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media platforms, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for various digital marketing channels, such as email newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and ad copies.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and website traffic, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to increase organic visibility and rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, sales and development, to ensure the effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Experience with SEO techniques and tools, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, or other PPC platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
