Our people are creative, proactive and kind, and we look forward to welcoming someone who values those qualities as well.As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be an important part of the Marketing team, working closely with other writers, graphic designers and video producers to maintain the public website, coordinate digital marketing campaigns and evaluate its performance.The ideal person for this position enjoys innovating and taking on new challenges, collaborating with others to share ideas and feedback, can work both strategically and tactically and has a high attention to detail.Responsibilities & QualificationsWhat You'll Do:Use a content management system (CMS) to maintain the company's public website (non e-commerce).Manage the CMS platform and troubleshoot technical issues; collaborate with the CMS vendor, Crownpeake.Manage website updates and conduct site audits to optimize content and performance.Create and maintain landing pages and web content aligned with external digital marketing and advertising campaigns that build brand awareness and strengthen brand sentiment.Develop and maintain website graphic designs and layouts.Track usage and analytics of public website and social media; provide analysis to support continued optimization.Support content creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns on social media.What You'll Bring:A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.At least two years of experience in digital marketing or equivalent education, training, or experience.Experience working with CMS platforms.Basic image editing through Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe products.Understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript.Google Analytics experience or certification.Who You Are:Highly Collaborative.
