Description
What You'll Do:
- Manage CTI's brand across all digital platforms including social media, website, email marketing and digital advertising
- Work with senior managers to plan digital marketing ideas, ad campaigns, updates/expansions, and strategic efforts to help with HR recruiting, patient recruiting, or sales support
- Provide oversight to those managing the CTI social media accounts and CTI website, including drafting/reviewing content, creating posting schedules, researching topics, and tracking analytics
- Create strategies and metrics for paid campaigns to enhance CTI's brand, recruiting efforts, or selling B2B
- Design, manage, and track direct email marketing efforts
- Plan and develop updates to CTI's website and SharePoint Intranet sites, including SEO
- Work with Creative team on branding, graphics, and other visual needs for digital spaces
- Conduct market research, industry trends, and advertising trends to optimize digital presence
- Assist with additional marketing initiatives as directed
What You'll Bring:
- Advance experience in Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with CMS system for managing websites
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media, including analytics and paid posts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint at the site admin level
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and be self-motivated
- 3-5 years in digital marketing, social media, web design, communications, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, web design, communications or related field of study
- Experience in managing social media accounts or websites
