The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving, organizing and executing all digital initiatives and enhancement efforts within our marketing team. The successful candidate will collaborate and communicate heavily with our corporate digital team, our marketing agency and local North American marketing team to ensure all efforts are on-time, properly executed, documented and communicated.
Responsibilities
- Design and build new landing pages, and incorporate functionalities and features into the websites for the United States, Canada (French and English) and Mexico (Spanish).
- Manage and optimize existing user interface and web content using a proprietary content management system.
- Assist in developing the content strategy according to search opportunity, keyword analysis, content offering, and audience intent as well as site evaluations, content auditing and gap analysis.
- Work with the digital leadership team in Austria to ensure that web pages and other digital initiatives, which are not all locally controlled, have appropriate content for the North American market.
- Manage and deploy all email marketing campaigns, including design and content, as well as customer segmentation models.
- Serve as key user for EGGER's App and Virtual Design Studio, making localized language changes and providing localized feedback to the appropriate decision-makers.
- Serve as key user for digital signage, ensuring signage is changed appropriately and within brand guidelines for visitors to our facilities.
- Manage our external Distribution Search page, ensuring the current distributors are up to date, and work with our third-party host to ensure all updates are published.
- Work with internal digital team and external agency to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives using keyword research, competitor research, onsite optimization, PPC campaigns and link-building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing or related field required.
- Proficient in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS.
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Minimum of 3 years experience of SEM (SEO/SEA), SMM, email marketing.
- Experience with CMS, PPC, and email automation tools preferred.
- Well experienced in website maintenance and UX/UI.
- Experience in keyword research, Google Analytics, ad copy writing, landing page optimization.
- Proven ability to lead/execute digital marketing strategies in organizations.
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with experience working in a corporate or digital agency environment.
