Summary/Objective

The Digital Marketing Specialist performs the day-to-day functions to support and maintain the digital marketing and branding strategies for the Company. Other responsibilities will include patient engagement, managing local SEO, maintaining online reviews, and any special digital projects as requested.

Position Pay Range (based on experience): $47,250 - $59,050

Essential Functions

1. Create and maintain online advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.).
2. Measure, monitor, and report results/metrics for digital ads, e-mail marketing campaigns, social media, and Google Analytics.
3. Research digital advertising trends and decide on appropriate placement of ads to maximize ROI.
4. Create and maintain e-mail marketing campaigns (Mailchimp etc.).
5. Assist creation of website landing pages with a focus on SEO (PPC, Keywords, Earned Media, On-page, Technical SEO etc.).
6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in digital marketing and social media - previous Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Pay Per Click marketing and WordPress - preferred
• Basic SEO knowledge - preferred
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Google Analytics and e-marketing metrics collection and reporting - preferred
• Familiarity with e-mail marketing software preferred (Mailchimp, Constant Contact etc.)
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously "exceed" company and customer expectation

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent education, training, and experience.
