An employer is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Marlborough, MA. This person should be a channel expert, having worked with social and pragmatic media campaigns. The team focuses on upper funnel marketing including spreading brand awareness as the retailer continues growing. A large part of the role will consist of reporting, looking at weekly spend, reding out performance reviews weekly, conducting monthly recaps and updating stakeholders on strengths and weaknesses of the programs. This person will also be responsible for testing as they onboard new partners, stand up campaigns, conduct creative iterations, and learn what is working and what is not. This role works very closely with the creative digital team, helping proof campaigns out and make suggestions. Some initial projects would include increasing their YouTube presence, increasing their Facebook presence, and working on Google Discovery Ads.

-eCommerce Experience
-2+ years of digital marketing experience

-Strong experience with digital media including YouTube Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.

-Experience being part of the creative process of digital advertising and marketing

-Experience analyzing marketing performance reports

-Comfortable working with 3rd parties and cross functional teams
