Norstella is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute its digital strategies across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of best digital marketing practices, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations teams.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who wants to learn new systems, grow in their marketing career, and is not afraid to be "in the weeds."

Responsibilities:

  • Web content: Coordinate content across all Norstella web properties for both internal and external customers, while maintaining brand integrity and best SEO practices

  • Campaign management: Support paid digital advertising and social media campaigns, including proofreading to ensure error-free digital campaigns

  • Reporting: Gather, report on, and analyze campaign results and other key performance metrics from a range of sources including analytics tools, social media platforms, and research tools

  • CRM support: Support the completion of meta information and properties in Salesforce

  • Optimization and research: Perform regular optimization activities on customer-facing website platforms and internal systems, while maintaining best digital marketing practices

  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including website, email, social, and others

  • Experience with WordPress or comparable CMS platform

  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform

  • Experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva, etc.)

  • Clear understanding of Google Analytics

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS / SCSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)

  • Basic understanding of SEO tactics

  • Ability to troubleshoot user experience issues through content management systems

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans

  • Attention to detail with the ability to work well in and across team

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of relevant, multi-channel digital marketing experience

  • Experience in marketing tech stack as outlined in Qualifications segment

  • Excellent demonstrable verbal and written communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Devotion to systems, repeatability, efficiency, and measurement

  • High technical acumen

  • Selfless team player with commitment to maintaining strong culture

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000.Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
