Digital Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help execute marketing initiatives by crafting strategies for marketing channels through strategic planning, creative execution, and timely deployment.
• Leverage multi-source data within a CDP tool to help identify customer segments and develop personalized marketing journeys; utilize marketing channels such as email, digital ads, SMS, and social media to deliver personalized advertising and drive higher engagement across various touchpoints.
• Continuously review data to inform strategy related to audience segmentation and communication strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing team members and cross-departmental stakeholders on how to best implement learnings from previous efforts to inform upcoming strategies.
• Develop reporting and effectively present insights to executives through strong verbal and written communication skills.

Digital Marketing Specialist Skills and Requirements:

• Producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Project Management experience required.
• Contract negotiation experience required.
• Outstanding communications skills, they must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.
