Robert Half is looking to place an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist with our client. We need a professional who can expertly navigate the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution, all while keeping tight control of the bottom line.Experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices, as well as a customer-first mindset are essential for this job. We want to hear from you if you are detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all digital initiatives that support the sales strategy and marketing plans for our client. With support from the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.

- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation

- Assist with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed

- Establish and support the social media presence of the company

- Develop content that will engage the company's customers and partners

- Improve user experience by supporting updates of the online customer portal

- Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns

- Identify trends and insights with executive leadership and share thought leadership

- Project manage digital projects, maintaining status and timeline and communicating updates regularly

- Meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget by working with creative and technology vendor partners

- Constantly improve job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications

- Put together reports that track the performance of digital marketing campaigns

- Enhance the company's website by creating landing pages, blog posts and SEO
